To order a commission, you need to send Victoria, either via post or email, the name of the hat or fascinator you would like and an image or swatch of colours you require together with the three following head measurements:

Head size:

1.  Head circumference - take a measurement by placing a tape measure around your head approx 1" above your eye brows and just above your ears. 

2. Next take a measurement from the centre of the crown to the top of one ear.

3. Finally another from the centre of the crown to the centre of the forehead.

Colour: You can send a swatch of the colours you require in either paint, pencil or crayon with a photograph, or all four if you prefer.

Outfit: If the hat or head piece is to compliment an outfit, bag and shoes then send or email a photograph of the items together with a swatch of the colours that you require.

A description or photograph of you in the outfit is very useful too.

You can, for complete accuracy, send part of the garment for Victoria to match up to, which will be returned special delivery. However, it is not always feasible and good digital photographs and swatches of colour work just as well.

Along with this information, please send a £40.00 deposit, made payable by cheque to 'Victoria Relph.'

Victoria will then research the materials and threads you need, and send you samples to check over.

Following this, the commission can proceed.
